NOTE: Your safety matters. This property features exterior security surveillance cameras. There are exterior monitored security cameras located on the north and south sides of the property mounted on two structures, both pointing toward the gates which is the only property access points, (again, no cameras in any inside nor private back patio spaces, as we respect the privacy of guests).

Large Great Room with HDTV (fireplace in pic does not work). Big back patio area with large hot tub and also a gazebo and al fresco dining area with wet bar, two grills. .

The bed set up is: Master - King; Bedroom#2 - 2 full size; Bedroom#3 - 2 full size; Bedroom#4 - 1 full size; Bedroom#5 - 1 full size; Bedroom #6 - 1 queen size and as many air mattresses as are needed. We can also add air mattress to other rooms as needed. We provide all bedding and towels as NO Outside beds, air mattresses or bedding or towels are permitted to be brought in by guests (exception being of course the must-have personal pillows in which case we ask that they be property labeled and taken with you when you leave.).

Extra discretionary event fees will apply for all events or parties (ask Hosts). Extra per person charge is for over six people at $25 per person per night.

Summary: I rented the house to host a 90th Birthday party for my aunt. Nine of us traveled to Dallas for the event. We stayed at the house as well as hosted the party. The house is large and easily accommodated all of us. We felt very safe in the area and the house. The house met our primary goal - it was a great event space. The party was a complete success. Everyone loved the house and had a great time. Please note the house is a bit dated and some areas could use some TLC.

Summary: Several of us came down from Alaska and over from a couple other states for a boys trip to the football game! Mike was easy to work with and open to any questions or issues (we had no issues and a few questions). The property is amazing! Summary: Would recommend this place to anyone with a large family wanting to visit the Dallas area. Being 20 minutes from downtown Dallas makes this a perfect place to stay. Only issue we had was the grill. For such a beautiful home, you would think there would be a grill to match. Other than that the home is perfect!

Summary: It was a very nice family reunion, the house was big enough for 20 adult & a child . We also did a get together with friends for the fourth of July, the house holds about 40 person comfortably. Although there were 2 trash containers outside but one of them was 2/3rd full with construction trash & too heavy to move . The house was great but need a lot of maintenance with no dish washer . Rather than that all the communications with the property mangers were very easy & fast replay . Veronica was also very helpful on check in & out answering all our questions quickly. Thank you all for giving us along with our family & friends a great time Ghada & Ezzat Bakhaya
